Our website uses cookies – small text files that are stored on your device – to make the user experience better. We use third-party cookies from services like Google Analytics which, while they give us lots of data, can’t be used to identify you personally.

Your device (computer, phone etc) also sends information about you, location information, what operating system you’re using, and what network you’re accessing the internet from. We also access this data via third-party services like Google Analytics, but we’re not interested in using it to identify you personally.

How do we use your data?

If you’ve given us clear permission by opting in, we’ll use your data to send you marketing materials i.e.: email newsletters and notifications about occasional events. We’ll only contact you for the purpose, and via the medium, that you’ve given us permission for.

The only kind of profiling we do using your personal data will be based on what organisation you work for, where your job is based.

We may use your information, if consent has been given for the following:

To respond to your enquiries or send you information that you have requested or some occasional other service purposes. To improve our understanding how users access and use our site and services, in order to improve our website and services and respond to users preferences and for other analytical and research purposes.

Should you not want us to use your personal information for any of the above mentioned purposes, please let us know and your information will be deleted. You can make this request by contacting us at design@reddice.co.uk

How do we keep your data safe?

We ensure that your personal data is only accessible by appropriately trained staff.

Not all the personal data we hold is stored on our own servers. For example, our email marketing software uses a third-party provider – typically MailChimp. By submitting your personal information to us you agree to this transfer.

If required to do so, we may have to share your personal information with the police, regulatory bodies or legal advisors. In any other circumstances, we’ll only share your data with third-parties if we have your explicit and informed consent.
